Have you ever been injured while bowling?

I have pulled my muscle in my leg one time and that is from my not bowling in a long time. I also hurt my wrist, leg and hand while bowling. It’s always good to stretch before you bowl since you will be using parts of your body that you don’t use like that during the week.

It’s was not bad injuries that I have that I could not bowl anymore so that’s a good thing and I take supplements before I bowl to help with pain. When I pulled a muscle in my leg, the only thing that I could do is try to stretch it out and rub while waiting to bowl and it took a few days to get better but the reason I pulled that muscle was due to I have not bowling in a year and a half so my body is not use to bowling and I was in a league which made it worse because I just can’t go home.

I had to finish to game. But by next week I was feeling better so please bowl safe and stretch before bowling and if you are bowling in a league and you have not bowled in a very long time, I would go bowl 3 games before you start that league so your body can get use to bowling again.
